At Biva Beauty Therapy, we strive to provide the highest quality service, but please note that no guarantees are made regarding results. Some clients may require additional touch-up sessions to achieve optimal results, and additional charges will apply if touch-ups are needed. While our procedures can enhance your features, they are not a replacement for daily brow or lip makeup. Each individual’s healed results will vary, as your body’s reaction and retention to the procedure is beyond our control.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment, and all deposits are final and non-refundable. We highly encourage you to review our care and cosmetic tattoo information before placing your deposit. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please be aware that the deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule your appointment once online, as long as it is done at least 48 hours in advance. If rescheduling is attempted within the 48-hour window, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Canceling within 12 hours of your appointment or failing to show up will result in an additional $50 fee charged to the card on file. No-shows will not be allowed to book future appointments.

For clients with previous cosmetic tattoos, you must book under ‘cover-up’ and submit a photo for approval. If your photo is not approved, you will be notified via text or email, and your deposit will be refunded in full. You may also email us at byavelyn@gmail.com for a free online consultation.
