Late
If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation
For the courtesy of our technicians and clients on a waiting list we respectfully ask for 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Otherwise a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the client. Clients who do not notify us of a cancellation or no-show will be charged a full price. Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no shows or cancelled appointments without 48hours notice.
no-show
If a client fails to attend their appointment without prior notice, a $50 fee will be charged, or the full deposit will be forfeited. Clients who no-show repeatedly may lose the privilege to book future appointments. This policy ensures that we can offer appointments to other clients and maintain efficient scheduling.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointments once, provided it is done at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit. If rescheduling is attempted within the 48-hour window, a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment. If you need to reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, a $50 fee will apply.
refund
All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for services rendered. Deposits are non-refundable; however, if a client is unsatisfied with the service, we offer follow-up consultations or touch-ups based on the client’s results and individual needs. Please be sure to communicate with your service provider during the appointment to ensure satisfaction.
touch-up
Touch-ups are available for each service based on your unique needs.
For eyelash extensions, touch-ups are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain lash retention.
permanent makeup (brows and lips), a touch-up is typically needed within 4-6 weeks after the initial session.
Hair extension touch-ups depend on the condition of your scalp and hair, with a specialist guiding you on the ideal timeframe. Up to two touch-ups are available based on the condition of extension hair.
It’s essential to come within the recommended period to maintain your results.
Health & Safety
The safety and well-being of our clients are our top priority. We follow strict hygiene protocols, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized. However, please note that services may be refused if a client presents with certain health conditions that could interfere with the treatment (e.g., open wounds, infections, or other medical issues affecting the treatment area). We encourage clients to disclose any pre-existing conditions before booking to ensure their eligibility for the service.
